By visiting our website you can now effortlessly place orders and pay for them online without leaving the comfort of your home. The standard postage rate for orders placed, will see to it that the high quality items that you have purchased will reach your chosen destination safely and in a timeous fashion. 

Postage and costs

Standard postage rates apply for all domestic parcels. One or more items which are being sent to the same destination will be posted together and only one standard rate will apply to ensure that you save on postage costs. THE MORE YOU ORDER, THE MORE YOU SAVE. All items posted recieve a tracking number which will be sent to you as soon as the parcel is dispatched, in order for you to know exactly where it is at anytime.  As we all know, things do go wrong, so please allow up to 10 for your parcel to arrive at its' destination, from the day the order is placed and payment confirmed. Should you require an ugent delivery of your parcel, please send us a message in the message box below BEFORE you place your order, and we will arrange for your item(s) to be couriered to you. The postage costs will then be altered spacifically for you.

RETURNS POLICY

 

If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase you have made you can return the item or items to us within 14 days of receipt. The items must be in an unused condition. There must be an invoice, buyers' full name, reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or refund. We will offer a refund or exchange upon receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on postage costs. Please note that a re-postage cost will need to be paid for an exchange. 

 

Faulty or Wrong Item: If you received a faulty or damaged item and you want to return by post you must inform us via the Customer service messaging system or email us at mystikmajik@outlook.com, stating the reason for wanting to return the item. We will also require you to advise us on whether you would like a refund or an exchange. On receipt of the message we will analyse the case and if appropriate ask you to return the item to us. If you receive an incorrect item you must inform us via Customer Care messaging system or email us at mystikmajik@outlook.com, stating the reason for wanting to return the item. We will also require you to advise us on whether you would like a refund or an exchange. On receipt of the message we will advise you on the next step. 

Please remember that items which come with a laundry guide do so with good reason. Please ensure that you always follow these instructions as items will not be replaced due to disregard of these instructions or any other form of mishandling. 

 

In a nutshell

 In order to process your order, you will need to make payment. When you have concluded the payment, (if you decided to do an EFT or cash deposit), please forward us the proof of payment. Only once the payment has been confirmed, will the item(s) be posted.To be on the safe side, please allow between 6-10 working days for the item to reach their destination from when the payment was confirmed.If you need the item(s) in a hurry, please fill in the message box available on the Customer Care page of our website before placing the order, or drop us a mail at mystikmajik@outlook.com, and special arrangements will them be made to have them couriered to you.Please remember that we are totally at your service, and that our customers’ satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.
